Wondering where to start?

Between 4 and 8 weeks for a complete cloud contact centre rollout, depending on the number of channels and the complexity of your integrations. An audit alone is delivered in one to two weeks. We give you a dated schedule from the first conversation — and we stick to it.

Almost never. We start by looking at what already works for you. In most engagements the CRM stays in place and we connect it to the contact platform. We only replace a tool when its cost or its limits objectively justify it — and we show you the numbers.

That is exactly our specialty. Our packages are sized for teams of 3 to 50 advisers, with pay-as-you-go cloud solutions: no hardware investment, no long-term lock-in. A well-equipped team of five often outperforms a poorly organised team of fifteen.

You are not left on your own. Every rollout includes supervisor training and an internal knowledge base. After that, two options: you carry on alone — that is the goal — or you take the Performance+ pack for monthly follow-up and continuous optimisation.

Yes. ReNest, InfrasTracker, SchoolAccess and Contribution.Club are available under licence, white-labelled (your name, colours and domain) or as the foundation of a custom build. We discuss this openly from the first meeting, pricing included.

Both. Since our solutions are fully cloud-based, most of the work happens remotely, which keeps your costs down. We travel for scoping workshops, training and go-live. We work across France, Europe and French-speaking Africa, in French and in English.
